About Us

Scouting here at Warley has been thriving for many years and continues to grow and achieve more on a weekly basis. We are home to one of the largest groups in the district and constantly have a waiting list of new young people, eager to join our group.

Since the new national Scouting sections (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer Scouts & Network Scouts) and the new national Scouting programme came in to place in 2002, Scouting here, and nationally has evolved to the 21st century.

Here at Warley we house four of the current national Scouting sections, these are as follows, the Beavers (Aged 6 - 8), Cubs (8-10½), Scouts (10½-14) and Explorer Scouts (14-18).

Each section meets on a weekly basis with the programme ranging between playing games and baking to camping and white water rafting depending on the section which the young person is connected to.
